Nidarshana Gowani says,”Our freedom fighters made sure that we are able to celebrate Independence and Republic days”!

India’s leading real estate entrepreneur and social activist #NidarshanaGowani, through her trust #AnkibaiGhamandiramGowaniTrust, recently organised a special event on the occasion of #RepublicDay. In the event she felicitated the traffic police, healthcare warriors and BMC workers for their tireless contribution.

Nidarshana says,”Our freedom fighters made sure that we are able to celebrate Independence and Republic days. Today, our emergency workers are those brave hearts who are working tirelessly day in day out towards the betterment of society. We are truly indebted to them for their sacrifices and support.”

To mark the death anniversary of great industrialist Ghamandiram Gowani, the trust has planned a vaccination drive on February 2, which will take place at the Kamla Mills compound. Speaking about that Nidarshana says, “We have chosen 2nd February because we want to start this initiative on the day when I lost my great father in law. The vaccination drive is a must for us now where we should encourage people to come forward and vaccinate themselves. The third wave could have been bad for us but luckily the symptoms are mild. It could have been fatal if we are not vaccinated. Let us put a step forward and get them , their family and friends vaccinated.” Nidarshana and her trust have been tirelessly working towards the betterment of our livelihood. She adds, “The joy of giving is an unparalleled feeling. It is my time to give back to the society which has given me everything.”

The vaccination drive will be live from 10 am to 5 pm – children from 15-18 years of age can come for covaxin, 18 years and above are eligible for covishield and covaxin and then there are 60 years and above for vaccines and booster doses. All should follow the timeline of vaccines which are the must.
