Panorama Spotlight and Omjee Group to leverage strength as producers and distributors of Bollywood and Punjabi films!

#PanoramaSpotlight and #OmjeeGroup have agreed to leverage their considerable combined strengths as producers and distributors of Bollywood and Punjabi films to further bolster the showcasing of the latter at international film festivals and exploit these at film markets the world over thereby opening additional revenue opportunities for independent films.

Via the collaboration, Panorama Spotlight and Omjee Group will explore producing independent films and will also enable local scripts to avail the chance to be reviewed at international script labs/screen labs.

Apart from the above, the joint effort by Panorama Spotlight and Omjee Group endeavours to help independent filmmakers/local producers with film submissions, sales, film festival strategy along with representation at festivals. Additionally, independent filmmakers can look forward to availing international co-production offers, subsidies, film grants and guidance with PR (media relations), social media marketing at various film markets.

Commenting on this collaboration on behalf of Panorama Spotlight, Rajat Goswami says, “We observed that there is a huge scope for Punjabi films to participate in international film festivals and it will be our joint endeavour with Omjee Group to showcase more stories from Punjab in the international festival circuit. This will boost independent filmmakers with exposure and opportunities to win international acclaim with their rich content.”
