Pariva Pranati, Sonali Naik and Bharti Achrekar share their views on Akshay Tritiya!
#AkshayTritiya is an auspicious day for Hindus and is considered as one of the best Muhurats. It was on this day #VedVyas narrated and #LordGanesh wrote the great epic Mahabharata. As per Hindi belief those who offer prayers on this day achieves what they desire and deserve. Our celebrities too celebrate this festival and here are three examples.
Pariva Pranati from Wagle Ki Duniya – Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey: “Akshay Tritiya holds a lot of value for me especially because the festival gives a chance of getting together with the family. I love the fact that my parents’ guide me through every festival and that’s what makes this festival even more special. This year I am shooting away for my show and away from my family. I have been missing them immensely, but I will definitely have a joint celebration for all the festivals I have missed once I meet them. My message to fans on the occasion of Akshay Tritiya would be to use the funds that we keep aside for buying goodies towards a good cause this year. Helping the ones in need because the circumstances are difficult, and we need to stand by each other.”
Bharti Achrekar from Wagle Ki Duniya – Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey: “Akshay Tritiya is one such auspicious day according to the Hindu calendar where you don’t require a good time to do anything auspicious. Although I am not celebrating this year, I will continue to pray to the almighty to help mankind and remove all the bad elements from this planet. Apart from that, I would like to tell my fans to continue being good citizens and take all precautions to be safe during this difficult time.”
Sonali Naik from Maddam Sir: “Akshay Tritiya is said to be one of the best auspicious days according to the Hindu calendar wherein you can close your eyes and do anything that is auspicious. I usually do not celebrate the occasion; however, I try to do a good deed on that day. This year, I’d like especially advise my fans to stay at home and take care of themselves during these trying times.”
