Patna Cine Festa 2024 concludes with enthusiastic participation!

The Patna Cine Festa Film Festival, organized by #Cineyatra and House of Variety, concluded on a high note, featuring the screening of “#GaliGuliyaan,” “#Paka (A River of Blood),” a 2021 #Malayalam drama directed by #NithinLukose, portrays the story of a river stained with the blood of two feuding families and a young couple’s love striving to overcome the animosity. “#Valli,” a Marathi feature film, was also showcased as part of the closing films.

The festival’s closing and felicitation ceremony was conducted by Artistic Director Raviraaj Paatel.

Addressing the attendees, IAS officer Mithilesh Mishra, Director of Primary Education, emphasized the need for positive branding for Bihar through art and proposed creating a support system for Patna’s art enthusiasts.

Arya, Kalaapani fame Actor & Dialogue coach Vikas Kumar praised the festival’s success and expressed his eagerness to contribute in the future. Actor and producer Vikas Kumar enjoyed interacting with participants in the master class and showed enthusiasm for participating in similar events in the future.

Art critic Vinay Kumar highlighted the festival’s role in fostering an interest in serious films among the local audience. A painting exhibition by Canvas added an artistic touch to the festival. Festival Chairman R.N. Dash and other distinguished guests, including representatives from the Bihar State AIDS Control Committee, were honored. Festival Director Suman Sinha welcomed all attendees, expressing hopes for the festival’s growth and greater reach in the future.
