Payal Ghosh takes to a Vegetarian diet and yoga during the current lockdown to keep fit and healthy
Payal Ghosh will be having a vegetarian diet over the next month or so. She will also indulge in yoga and other forms of fitness but primarily yoga. Payal has been very active throughout the last lockdown and the entire year. She has shed loads of weight and she has been working out rigorously. But the gyms are shut now. Apart from her walks and jogs she will focus on the diet this time around.
We spoke to the bengali beauty and here is what payal says, “Diet is the most important element while working on the physical and mental conditioning of the body. We are what we eat. A vegetarian diet keeps us calm and reports have shown it. I will eat all the colorful vegetables and try and include them in all my meals. So I get all my macros and also the micros. I will stick to my long walks if possible but yoga will be a huge part of my fitness regimen now on. Yoga soothes the mind and the body. These are uncertain and very difficult times. We have to do whatever we can to not just stay fit but in the right frame of mind. Let’s all stay united and follow every single protocol. And this too shall pass.”
