Pidilite Industries Ltd pledges Rs. 25 crores towards PM CARES
Corona virus has brought the world to standstill. Almost all the countries have sealed their borders which has impacted imports and exports. That in turn has affected economy of every country including india. In these diffficult times of fiscal emergency our Hon Prime Minister has requested countrymen to contribute towards PM CARES fund which is exclusively floated to meet challenges created by Covid 19 onslaught. Many celebrities and common people have contributed towards this fund and business houses too are not shirking their responsibility towards society.
Pidilite Industries Ltd. (Pidilite) recently announced their commitment to contribute Rs. 25 crores towards COVID-19 relief funds. This contribution will be made to the Central as well as other emergency relief State funds to aid the combat against COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Bharat Puri, Managing Director, Pidilite Industries Ltd., said, “We stand in solidarity with the people of India and our government’s efforts to overcome this unprecedented pandemic. We will continue to care for the health and well-being of our partners and employees while constructively supporting the various relief efforts announced by the government.”
