Prasad Oak’s ‘Chandramukhi’ muhurat ceremony was attended by Ajay-Atul

After lockdown, quite a few movies have started the process of film making. Latest to join the list is ‘Chadramukhi’. Recently muhurat of the film took place in the presence of famous Music director duo Ajay-Atul and director Prasad Oak. Prasad Oak’s ‘Chandramukhi’ was announced to go on floor by abiding and following the safety rules laid down by the Maharashtra government. And now, due to the muhurat ceremony of this movie, the movie ‘Chandramukhi’ has once again become a topic of discussion.

‘Chandramukhi’ is produced by Akshay Bardapurkar of ‘Planet Marathi’ and Piyush Singh of ‘Golden Ratio Films’. Muhurat ceremony was attended director Prasad Oak, producer Akshay Bardapurkar, Piyush Singh and composer Ajay-Atul. Famous director Rajesh Mapuskar and fashion designer Vikram Phadnis were present on the occasion.  The movie’s filming will start now, which means that soon the whole of Maharashtra will know who’ll be reprising the role of Chandramukhi’.  Of course, the audience will have to wait a few more weeks to know that.

The said movie is based on the famous author Vishwas Patil’s novel ‘Chandramukhi’. The film will have screenplay by Chinmay Mandlekar, cinematography by Sanjay Memane, art direction by Nilesh Wagh. The story of this film revolves around a woman who discovers her own reality in an unconventional way in the society.  We are excited to tell the story of the film, but at the same time Vishwas Patil has a big responsibility to maintain the authenticity of the bestseller.  This film has promised to take Marathi cinema to new heights.”

Produced by Planet Marathi and Golden Ratio Films, Chandramukhi will be directed by Prasad Oak.
