Prashant Bajaj talks about his fitness journey with paleo diet for ‘Journey’!

While juggling between the entertainment industry and political fraternity might be a task for many, Prashant has always found it to be a cakewalk for all the right reasons. His upcoming movie ‘Journey’ demands him to be on his game in the fitness space and guess what he has incorporated in his fitness regime to achieve his goals? Well, it is the paleo diet. So, what exactly is paleo diet readers? Let’s hear it straight from the horse’s mouth. Prashant shares and we quote,
“Well, the concept of the paleo diet is quite interesting and I really love it. It says that you should eat the same food that your hunter-gatherer ancestors ate before the concept of agriculture came into being. A modern-day paleo diet includes fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, nuts & seeds. Since I need to look a certain way in terms of fitness, my diet now includes a lot of protein and fibres for good nutrition. As an actor, I am ready to do anything to do complete justice to the character and this being a part of the process, I am thoroughly enjoying it. I hope you all enjoy the movie when it is out. Fingers crossed and I’m looking forward.”
