Senior Journalist and Social Worker K. Ravi Dada elected as JUM Vice President!

#Journalism is considered the fourth pillar of the democracy. People working in this field are considered to be the warriors to protect it. One such warrior is #KRaviDada, a senior journalist and a social worker who has been serving relentlessly in the field of journalism for more than three decades. K Ravi Dada, a senior journalist who has done remarkable work in the field of journalism, film journalism was unanimously elected as the State Vice President of the Journalists Union of Maharashtra. The decision was taken at a recent state executive meeting. Incidentally K Ravi Dada is active social work area for many years.

K Ravi Dada is known as an ‘Ajatashatru’ (meaning : person with no enemies) personality in the field of journalism as well as in the social work sphere. K. Ravi Dada came in close contact with many film personalities, ministers, govt officers, police officers which has helped him in his social work sphere for helping people. He is highly respected in the society.

Although Ravi Dada is always in the limelight, he has always helped needy people and has been guiding journalists, encouraging them in their field of work. In the Corona period he assisted many needy journalists by providing them with essentials commodities, ration kits as well as cash.

K Ravi Dada has been a member of the union since its inception and has been a member of the state executive board for the last several years. With this appointment as JUM Vice President, K Ravi Dada gets more strength and power to help journalists and needy people.
