Shraddha Kapoor thanks her Yoga teacher Nishtha Bijlani, on Teacher’s Day
Lockdown offered opportunities to learn new things. Shraddha Kapoor used this lockdown period to improve her immunity through Yoga. After experiencing various techniques of fitness, she turned to Yoga. Shraddha beamingly accepted this experience and said ‘It has been a magical and life changing journey.’ On Teacher’s Day Shraddha Kapoor thanked her Yoga teacher, Nishtha Bijlani, for opening the doors of physical as well as mental fitness through Yoga.
Actress Shraddha Kapoor has turned her life towards the best, one that we can only plan or aim at. After the many initiatives that she has taken, Shraddha now has started doing Yoga and shared glimpses from her routine for her audience while thanking her teacher- Nishtha Bijlani for her guidance. Today, also marks the occasion of celebrating gurus- Teacher’s day.
Posting a picture of performing different asanas, Shraddha wrote, “Started yoga with @nishtabijlani on 25th of June and it has been a magical and life changing journey
We have been practicing Kriyas (internal cleansing techniques), aasanas (hatha yoga), restorative yoga (rested with props), pranayama and guided relaxation/ shavasana.”
The actress also expressed gratitude towards her guide and wrote, “Thankyou, you beautiful soul @nishtabijlani for your wonderful guidance
#YogaLove”
The actress also recently turned vegetarian, shares a glimpse of rescuing an injured crow, and started using a bamboo toothbrush as part of the changes she has made for mother nature. Time and again, Shraddha has raised her voice for welfare of the animals, environment and other social causes.
