Star Pravah’s ‘Soon Sasu Soon’ projects positive outlook on life
Star Pravah is very excited about the ‘Soon Sasu Soon’ programme which will start on January 11 at 5.30 pm. What is special about this programme is that there are no usual mother-in-law daughter-in-law clashes. There will be prevailing only harmony. Actor Pushkar Shrotri will work to bring this harmony between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Pushkar is going to meet the family of Star Pravah spread all over Maharashtra on the occasion of this programme.
Explaining the uniqueness of the show, Pushkar Shrotri said, “Soon Sasu Soon is a very different show. In this show I am going to go to the houses of the audiences and try to know their real stories. Every house has similar stories, conflicts and love too. But still, this is a programme that shows people who let go of differences and want harmony in the house. There are households where daughter-in-law does tremendous things which the family expects from their daughter. Many households have great bondings between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. These harmonious pains of mother-in-law and daughter-in-law are going to be part of our show ‘Soon Sasu Soon’.
Talking about his fond memories of the shooting, Pushkar said, “There have been many incidents where I have also become emotional while chatting with some mother-in-law. Tears welled up in my eyes as I listened to how mother-in-law and daughter-in-law came together in the face of adversity. They also making fun of me. This show is a different experience for me. We are all going through a difficult time like Covid-19 right now. I have been doing theatre extensively and you are aware that between the scenes there are black outs. This lockdown phase, I consider, as that blackout. Because after blackout, there’s always bright light everywhere. In these trying times, positivity is important and through this programme all the ‘Sasu’ and ‘Soon’ gave me that. One of my favourite things is chatting with people and I get to do it through this show. We are shooting all over Maharashtra following all the rules of cleanliness and safety. I am very proud that I have been reunited with Star Pravah for ‘Soon Sasu Soon’”
