Swwapnil Joshi felicitated at the hands of Mah. Governor, Bhagat Singh Koshyari
Renowned film actor Swwapnil Joshi was felicitated on behalf of (Maharashtra State Marathi Press Association) Maharashtra Rajya Marathi Patrakar Sangh (MRMPS) by the Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari for his outstanding performance in his profession. Last year, in the year 2020, those who have made remarkable achievements in their field of work, were felicitated by the MRMPS.
Swwapnil Joshi was felicitated at a function held at Raj Bhavan. Along with him, police personnel, journalists and doctors were also felicitated. Mr. Sanjay Bhokare, Organizer of Maharashtra State Marathi Press Association, Mr. Kiran Joshi, State Working President, Mr. Yogesh Jadhav, Managing Editor of Dainik Pudhari, Mr. Vijay Baviskar, Group Editor of Dainik Lokmat were also present on the occasion. The felicitation ceremony was organised in the memory of the ‘Darpankar’ Acharya Balshastri Jambhekar.
The name Swwapnil Joshi is popular in every household, especially Maharashtrian houses, today. Swwapnil Joshi is a leading name in the field of Marathi and Hindi films and television arena. He played Lord Ram’s son Kush in the Hindi serial ‘Uttar Ramayana’ at the age of nine. He rose to fame and never looked back. Since then, he has been part of popular serial like ‘Eka Lagnachi Dusri Goshta’ and popular films like Duniyadari, Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai part 1-2-3. He has also done Hindi serials like Had Kar Di, Dil Will Pyaar Vyar, Amanat, Kehta Hai Dil, Bhabhi, Tu Tu Main Main, Comedy Circus, Papad Pol. He also played an important role in the Hindi film ‘Ghulam-e-Mustafa’.
