Tele-Celebs get candid about the bond they share with their fathers!
Be it an equation where they are as close as pals, or one where they don’t express much, their #dads have always occupied a special place in the hearts of these #celebrities.
Vijayendra Kumeria – I have a very friendly relationship with my father. He has been a very loving and supportive parent. I could and can still discuss anything under the sun and I am sure I will get the best and honest advice from him. One advice that he gave me years back was to never ever think what people will say while making important decisions in life because kuch toh log kahenge, logo ka kaam hai kehna. Do what is right according to you.
Nyrraa M Banerji – The relationship between a father and his child can be special beyond words. My hero, guiding light, strength, and Inspiration. He always said, work is worship. He was a handsome naval officer, disciplined, polite and a true commander. That’s what I learnt from him.
Nasirr Khan – Of all the kids I shared the best relationship with my father. I never heard him scream or shout – he was always kind and gentle. But he was a man of principles. He let me be me and chose my own path but, at the same time, he stood by me at every step. Being the youngest, I could get away with anything. and he knew that I knew. He was not a strict father but let my mother take all the decisions of the children. they discussed everything – but the final call was always hers. He was always there for us and for her, always. As I grew, I started realising what an amazing personality he truly was – as I learnt a lot of his stories from my uncles and other family members – the good that he had been silently doing for others.
Anuj Sachdeva – Well, the relationship, he is not verbal about his emotions As usual, you see men are not that verbal in what they would like to share, what emotions they carry about their son. But it’s always two to three conversations that matter a lot – like how are you? What’s happening? If you had food? How’s work going? How is your health? So, these are the questions I usually get to hear. But there’s a lot under the line that every father-son relationship has. Our relationship is similar to how people usually have with their father. He has always been the stepping stone in my career due to the logic which he used to share earlier. My thought and way of thinking has never matched with my father’s, to be honest. But it’s the usual thing, being a teenager and the generation gap you always have. My father has always believed in striving very hard and doing it from scratch and that’s what made me who I am today.
Sunidee Chauhan – Me & my father share the same relationship like every daughter has with her father. He is absolutely not a strict father, I have never been scolded by my father uptil now. I have been fully pampered by him. I remember my mom told me that when I was born my father held me in his hand & said “mera beta aya hai”. And that’s it i have been his son & daughter both. He supports me in every decision & I always ask him for advice before doing anything. My father always taught me to value time in life & stay grounded when I become big in my career.
Khushi Dubey – I share a beautiful bond with my father. He is just like a go to person for me. If I need anything in the world, I can approach my dad. My mom might say no to a few things, might have restrictions but my dad can buy the world for me. That kind of relationship I have with my dad. When it comes to how strict my father is, he is strict but it has never been like he has scolded me or he has been rude to me. It has never been like that. But, yes, in a few things he is a little strict when it comes to being a little protection for me since I am the only girl child he has and whenever I am on shoot he is always worried that I should not get hurt, should take care of my health and fitness even when it comes to my diet. My dad is always pushing me to eat good food and take care of myself and build my stamina.
