The First Malayalam Film to Release in IMAX is ‘L2E: Empuraan’!

It is a historic moment for Malayalam cinema as L2E: Empuraan becomes the first-ever film from the industry to release on IMAX. This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Malayalam films on the grandest cinematic platform. L2E: Empuraan will release in IMAX across select global markets on March 27th, 2025.

The movie stars #Mohanlal, #PrithvirajSukumaran and #ManjuWarrior. The movie is also directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.
