#Ludhiana’s #JaswantSinghRathore #impresses #ShekharSuman with his act on Sony TV’s India’s Laughter Champion as this #Sunday, #SonyEntertainmentTelevision’s’India’sLaughterChampion’ will be #hosting the second round of the #semi-finals. The #contestants who have crossed over from the #quarter-finals will be giving their all in the battle to claim their spot among the Top 5. #Impressing the #judges – #ArchanaPuranSingh and Shekhar Suman along with the ‘#ComedyKeSarpanch’ #DrTusharShah, ‘#PunjabiMunda’ Jaswant Singh Rathore from Ludhiana would be performing a heartfelt standup that would melt and quite impress one and all.

Through his act, Jaswant would throw light on the strugglers aiming to make it big in the, ‘City of Dreams’, Mumbai. Imitating veteran actors like, Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, Tinnu Anand, Peyush Mishra, and Suniel Shetty among others, the Jaswant’s act will be filled with drama, emotions, thrill, action and more, just like a movie.

Impressed with his act, Shekhar Suman goes on the stage and hugs Jaswant! He then shares, “You maintained the dignity of the semi-finals. Your performance was capable of the heights that our show is reaching. The way you simmered your performance, talking about the film industry, it was difficult to put forth a narrative like that. The one where you enacted possession, the changeover in voice, enacting the narrative of strugglers, and capturing their pathos was awesome. You also managed to capture the way Dharam Ji talks and for that, I must commend you! Also, I should inform you that people have started searching for you more than Suniel Shetty, you perform so beautifully. We are proud to have you Jaswant.”

Commending Jaswant Singh Rathore further, Archana Puran Singh said, “Your act was not just mimicry or comedy, in your act, I found a sense of story. There was a screenplay, sense of drama, and music, which were completely in sync with what you were performing. There are times when even in Hindi films we find out-of-context songs but in your act, each song was connected to the other. You have shown us the story of every struggler in your screenplay. The way you have pulled out comedy from your own life’s struggles, I salute you! Jaswant, I am so proud of you.”

Comedy Ke Sarpanch, Dr Tushar Shah will also put forth his verdict on the performance saying, “I feel dumbstruck! The way classical singers and musicians perform is what it felt like watching Jaswant perform. He must have practiced for so many hours, and so many years to bring it so much perfection!”

Jaswant Sigh Rathore would be talking about his own struggles in the city of dreams, “Every actor cries for two reasons, one he gets paid for, one he does not. It’s been 14 years since I came to Mumbai and struggled for my place in the city. Sometimes God put you in many difficulties but that is how he prepares you.”

Archana Puran Singh would chime in saying, “Without tears, there cannot be comedy.”

Tune into India’s Laughter Champion, this Sunday at 9:30 pm on Sony Entertainment Television.
