This weekend #SonyEntertainmentTelevision’s The Kapil Sharma Show will be welcoming guests ‘Queen of Indian Television’ Ekta Kapoor and her father, the legendary Jeetendra along with superstars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. What do Jeetu and Ekta come to promote? Please mention, Akshay and Katrina will be seen promoting their film ‘Sooryavanshi’. The cast happily received the gifts and showed her their heartfelt gratitude at receiving the gifts.

Krushna and Kiku become snake charmers! : Krushna and Kiku Sharda brought in fake snakes on set! Not only that, to charm the ‘Czarina of Indian Television’, they even turned into snake and snake charmer! All this for what? This was an audition to get into one of the shows under Ekta Kapoor!

Jeetendra talks about Ekta Kapoor’s early acting skills : Host Kapil Sharma asked whether Ekta Kapoor created drama in school as a child due as she has made a career on television. The living legend said that one day he was called to the terrace to watch the reenactment of ‘Ramayana’ in which his daughter starred. Curious to know about Ekta, he went upstairs to see how she was faring only to realize that she had been made to play the villain ‘Ravana’!

Archana Puran Singh and Katrina Kaif sway to ‘Tip Tip Barsa Paani’ : ‘Sooryavanshi’s sensuous song ‘Tip Tip Barsa Paani’ has been doing the rounds online recently. The new song is a remake of the 1998 original from the movie ‘Mohra’. Katrina Kaif, on whom the song is currently filmed, invited Archana Puran Singh on stage to dance with her to this song. After teaching her the moves, the both of them grooved to the song which invited hollers from the audience.

Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif celebrate the opening of movie theatres in a unique way! : Celebrating both the release of the film ‘Sooryavanshi’ and the opening of movie theatres, Kail Sharma asked his guests, Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif to throw popcorn kernels at each other while the other must catch it in their mouth. Rehearsing at first, the two played this fun game and even played it with Kapil Sharma!

Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar play the “basketball dart game” : To engage his guests, host Kapil Sharma brought to the stage a board plastered with his own and Akshay Kumar’s faces. All the trio had to do was throw a basketball at each square, tearing away the picture. While Kapil Sharma and Katrina Kaif scored zilch! Akshay Kumar stepped up his game and proved to the audience who the real ‘khiladi no.1’ is.
