#PareshPahuja is an Indian actor, model, singer-songwriter. He was appeared in #TigerZindaHai and The actor is currently getting some amazing responses for his recently released mini-series titled #YehDooriyan.

Tell us something about your upcoming project ‘Brown’.

Brown is a thriller/mystery directed by Abhinay Deo. He was one of my favourite filmmakers but now he is one of my most favourite human beings. It’s a treat working with him. The show stars Karishma Kapoor, Helen ma’am, Ajinkya Deo, Soni Razdan and Surya Sharma to name a few. It’s pure joy working with this ensemble. So much to learn from each one of them.

You recently did a web series with Humaramovie called ‘Yeh Dooriyan’ alongside Manjari Fadnnis. How was your experience?

Very different. It’s an entirely self shot project thanks to lockdown. And I was doing it for the first time. Learning to use the equipment, understanding light, framing and everything in between. The overall experience was quite fun actually. We all connected in the most unexpected way. I’ve still not met my director Souvik. But feels like I’ve known him for years. Same with Manjari. When I met her, it didn’t feel like I’m meeting her for the first time. The conversation had a beautiful flow.

What made you say Yes for this project?

The script first of all. It was so well written. And also the whole experience of doing a Lockdown project. There was newness to it and I wanted to be a part of it.

As the web series portrays the concept of Long Distance Relationship, Have you ever been in a Long distance relationship in your life?

Not yet. But I have a feeling I’m going to experience one really soon. Will surely tell you about it when it happens.

What kind of a role would you like to play ahead?
I want to play a musician on screen. Like Ranbir Kapoor in Rockstar. Like La La Land or Whiplash. Or Bohemian Rhapsody and Elvis. I’m a singer songwriter as well and often asked which one I like the most between acting and music. I love both equally. And want to be able to do both in one project.

What are your views on Long Distance Relationships?
I feel they can work if you periodically make a point to see each other. Then you give all your attention and are in the moment because you know it’s time bound. You want to take as many mental pictures of your partner to cease the moment and cherish it later. You want to remember the smell of their face. The feel of their touch. And their idiosyncrasies.
