To celebrate 1M+ followers mark on FB, Ekta Jain shoots with 100 diyas in a Nauvaari saree for the Festival of Lights!

Diwali is considered to bring prosperity in everyone’s life. This #Diwali actor #EktaJain is more than happy as it brought success and more popularity to her. Her number of followers on Facebook has exceeded one Million. The film and TV actress shot for a Diwali sequence with 100 Diyas and kandeels in Nauvari saari (traditional nine yard saree) at a studio in Mumbai. Her costume and jewelery was enough to attract everyone. She looked very happy and excited during this photo shoot.

Ekta said, “I enjoy dressing up for Diwali, it brings cheer, happiness and positivity to the soul. When you dress for the festival, you feel like celebrating. Last year, we could not celebrate due to the pandemic. So, this year, we enjoyed the festival with tradition and rituals.”

Ekta said, ‘I have crossed one Million followers on my Facebook page, for which I want to thank all my fans from the bottom of my heart. What can be a better gift for me on the occasion of Diwali? I am very happy that I am getting the support of one Million people. Whatever post I have posted, or whenever I have gone live, I have always taken care that it does not hurt anyone. I often talk about women empowerment, people call me feminist, but I am with everyone, we should maintain unity as per my name.’

Ekta’s future projects include three films. The actress will be seen in Director Manoj Sharma’s horror-comedy film Khali Bali with legendary actors Dharmendra and Madhoo. It stars Rajniesh Duggal, Kainat Arora too. She will also be seen in director Dushyant Pratap Singh’s film Trahimaam and Shatranj. She has played the role of an inspector in Shatranj and a lawyer in Trahimaam .

Ask her about doing television and she said, “I would love to do roles that challenge me as an actor. Films and web shows are offering a lot scope to actors like us. Subject-oriented interesting roles are for the taking. I am hoping that I get something meatier on TV, too.”
