Top 16 of ‘MasterChef India’ face chaos through a unique challenge!
#SonyEntertainmentTelevision and #SonyLIV ‘s ‘#MasterChefIndia’ have finally chosen its Top 16 home cooks who will be cooking away to be declared the winner by the end of the season. Judges by Chefs #RanveerBrar, #GarimaArora and #VikasKhanna will be judging the contestants on the parameters of TIP- Taste, Innovation and Precision and now the competition only gets tougher for the Top 16. On Wednesday, 11th January, the home cooks will be facing quite a tedious challenge, that of making a four-course meal while having clean counters by the end of the challenge.
The challenge would begin with the home cooks facing dirty counters which they would have to team up to clean. Three teams would then be created with Sachin Khatwani, Deepa Chauhan and Santa Sarmah being the Captains. Sachin Khatwani would be choosing Baa, Kamaldeep Kaur and Vineet Yadav in his team, the Green team, for the four-course meal. Before the challenge, chaos would erupt when Sachin would forget the key ingredients of Kamaldeep’s and Baa’s dish, resulting in panic. Yet, Baa’s dish would dress to impress, with Chef Ranveer going back to his childhood days and reminiscing about his grandmother. According to a source close to the set, Chef Garima would compliment Baa’s dish saying she can feel that this dish is made by someone who doesn’t need any recipe What would be the result? Will the dishes impress the judges?
Talking about the experience of working with the team Sachin shares, “It was a great experience working with Kamaldeep ji, Baa and Vineet. There were some hurdles, I forgot to bring some ingredients from the pantry that would be important for the dishes the two decided to make for the challenge. Yet, we were able to work together as a team to impress the judges and the real challenge was, to work as a professional kitchen. I hope the viewers see the hard work that went behind creating the four-course meal and appreciate us for the same.”
