Sedentary lifestyle has become the new normal in midst of the on-going pandemic. With numerous pitfalls of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has become important to adapt to the newer and healthier approaches to lifestyle and focus on physical and mental well-being that dominated social media discussions since last year.
