Vaani Kapoor left for Scotland to join the shoot of ‘Bellbottom’

Just a few weeks back Akshay Kumar, Producers Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, Lara Dutta, Huma Qureshi and director Ranjit M Tewari were spotted taking a charter flight to the UK for their first international shoot schedule of their film Bell Bottom. it was surprising for some as the heroine of Bell Bottom, Vaani Kapoor, was missing from that passenger’s list. But yesterday Vaani left for Scotland to join the cast of Bell Bottom, where her romantic scenes with Akshay kumar will be shot.

‘Bell Bottom’ is the first film to commence shoot after corona-inflicted lockdown. This Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Bell Bottom’ is a roller-coaster spy ride and it is an original screenplay inspired by true events set in the eighties.  Bell Bottom producers were the first to announce the starting of film shoot. UK too is highly corona-infected, so the unit is shooting with all the necessary safety precautions.

The entire Bell Bottom team had to abide by the local 14 days quarantine rule and Vaani Kapoor too will have to be quarantined before she joins the crew for shoot. ‘It’s been a convoluting year for everyone. I am glad that things are normalising’, expressed Vaani Kapoor before departure. “It feels ‘surreal’ flying off to Scotland’, she added. Vaani Kapoor was spotted at the airport as she left for Scotland to join the shoot of ‘Bellbottom’.

Bell Bottom is scheduled to release on 2nd April, 2021.
