Vaibhav Tatwawaadi says, ‘Show, Project 9191, truly gave me a chance to widen my horizons’!
Vaibhav Tatwawaadi who is popular in the world of Marathi cinema is also a well-recognized face in the Bollywood industry. With an inroad in the OTT space too, Vaibhav will soon be seen essaying the role of a police officer with shades of grey, in SonyLIV’s upcoming show, Project 9191. Coupled with jaw-breaking action and layered characters, Project 9191 is about a team who ace pre-empting crimes and try stopping them before occurrence.
Vaibhav’s character of Pankaj is one of the members of the central team of Project 9191, alongside DCP Amitabh Sinha (Satyajit Sharma). He comes across as a flawed man but is also witty, practical and brings the lighter vein to the team with his sense of humor.
Vaibhav Tatwawaadi on playing the character of Pankaj says, “I am really glad to be a part of such a show like Project 9191 and getting an opportunity to work with some very talented actors. Pankaj is extremely different than who I am in person. But the show truly gave me a chance to widen my horizons and allowed me to bring to life a very multifaceted character. Apart from Satyajit Sharma and Vaibhav Tatwawaadi, Project 9191 features Trishna Mukherjee, Abhishekh Khan, Manini De, Jagat Rawat, Sharad Kumar in the show. From kidnappings, extortions to terror threats and more, will DCP Amitabh Sinha (Satyajit Sharma) and his very abled team be able to prevent a crime from taking place?
