Varun Dhawan: People take me as an inspiration
What made you come up with a film based on Street Dancer 3?
I wanted to do different than what I have done before. This is when I went on the streets and the story is very close to my heart. I am very excited about this film. This is my third dance film and I have already done two similar films which are ABCD and ABCD2, and it’s my Second film with dancer/filmmaker Remo D’Souza. We have worked together earlier in ABCD: Any Body Can Dance 2.
What inspired you to sign this film ?
Remo D’Souza had shown me two documentaries, which inspired me to sign this film. I have watched the documentary on Sikh Welfare and Awareness Team (SWAT) that helps people displaced from their country and in need of food, clothing, and shelter.
What form of dance training you have taken to fit the character of Sahej’s look ?
