Vidyut Jammwal visits alma mater, inspires students winning hearts!
To be called back to one’s alma mater to be a source of inspiration for others is the kind of validation that transcends any other. For action superstar #VidyutJammwal receiving such an invitation felt no different.
As part of one of his school’s special celebratory events, Jammwal was invited back to Army Public School in Dagshai, Himachal Pradesh. The school was keen to felicitate their ex-student and have him speak to and motivate the current crop of students.
While the event was already momentous, Vidyut wanted to make this experience truly unforgettable. Hence, Vidyut presented his school principal with his very first and most special award – The Filmfare award he received for his debut performance in Force.
“I carried along my very first Filmfare award so that I could respectfully offer it to the principal and teachers as a token of my sincere appreciation and gratitude. I’ve always believed in giving gifts that have value and mean the most to me. And my Filmfare trophy is just that – incredibly memorable and exceptionally meaningful! I’m so happy to now see it grace the special showcase in my school now as a shared experience. I’m hopeful that it serves as an inspiring reminder for future generations to come”, says Jammwal signing off.
On the work front, Vidyut has two films in the pipeline – IB71, a spy thriller based on India’s first ever secret service directed by National Award winner Sankalp Reddy under Vidyut’s production house Action Hero Films and India’s first extreme sports film Crakk, directed by Aditya Dutt co-starring Jacqueline Fernandez and Arjun Rampal.
