Watch Devdatta Nage gyrating on a Govinda song in ‘Doctor Don’

Actor Devdatta Nage, who has made a name for himself with a mythological serial Jai Malhar. He is currently making a new impression in the serial Doctor Don. In this serial which airs on Zee Yuva, Devdutt plays the character of an international don named Deva Surve. Along with Devdatta, actress Shweta Shinde is seen in the role of the Dean. Currently in the serial, Devdatta and Shweta’s love track has started, in which Deva falls in love with Dr. Monica. Now, the love story will swell with love-tiffs and sweet-nothings etc. deva will seen dancing too.

One such romantic scene was recently shot on Doctor Don’s set. In it, this macho man Marathi entertainment industry is shaking his legs on Govinda’s song. It was a pleasure for his fans to watch  Devdatta gyrating on Govinda’s hit song ‘A aa ee….’ from the Hindi movie Raja Babu. Deva has fallen in love head over heels with Monica and will go to any length to appease her. Dancing for her is one of those things.

About the experience, Devdatta says, “Shweta and I danced for a promo song when the serial started. But it was my first encounter dancing along my punters. We are not trained dancers, so we all had a ‘sync’ problem. Best part was nature. In Shravan one witnesses spurts of rain and sunlight. It helped our mood and the shoot too. We were provided with beautiful props by the production team. Umbrella is used in a novel way in this song. Audience is going to love it’.

Elaborating on his song and dance routine, Devdatta Nage added, ‘Though I was foxed by the moves, Shweta helped me a lot to perfect the song-moves. I am further elated because I got to do superstar Govinda’s, who’s an extraordinary dancer, number, it was a dream come true. I am happy about the fact that viewers are liking my this avatar too after playing a very sensitive and in-depth role like Khandoba.’
