Weight lifting and boxing are Veronica Vanij’s fitness routine!
Veronica Vanij is a star in the making. She takes her fitness very seriously. She has recently added weight training and boxing to up her fitness routine. She has been an avid fitness enthusiast which is fairly apparent from her social media. She started her career with the series Smartphone and now she will be seen in the webseries Jo Hukum mere aka alongside Krishna Abhishek and Shreyas Talpade. Veronica has a very good engagement in her social media and the fans definitely want to see much more of her
We spoke to her on her fitness game and here is what she has got to say, “Fitness has been a very essential part of me. I have always had the rush to get into some kind of fitness activity. Be it running, swimming or yoga, I loved it all. As a kid, I used to be active in as many sports as I can. Recently I added boxing and weight training and I am absolutely loving the results. The body seems to be upgrading to the needs. The diet is the main focus when one is involved in high intense fitness activity. Or else it can go wrong quick. I am not a believer in the fad diets. I take a diet which is balanced and facilitates performance in all areas of life.”
