Yodha producer Karan Johar wants to work more with Raashii Khanna’!

Young pan-India star #RaashiiKhanna is gearing up for the release of her upcoming actioner ‘#Yodha’, which marks the young pan-India actress’ first collaboration with #KaranJohar’s #DharmaProductions. In the latest conversation, the actress expressed how she always dreamt of being a Dharma Productions’ heroine, a dream which came true with ‘Yodha’ but in a different capacity. “I have always had that dream of being a part of a Dharma film, and wear a chiffon saree, and be in a place where there’s snow all around. With ‘Yodha’, I am wearing a saree but I didn’t get a song like that. I’m halfway there,” Raashii smiled as she shared.

‘Yodha’ producer Karan Johar was also all praise for Raashii Khanna and her performance in the film. “‘Yodha’ will be our first experience with Raashii. We had a very favourable time working with her. We had a wonderful time. We hope to collaborate much more with Raashii. She’s been an absolute darling to work with,” the filmmaker shared.

Directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha, ‘Yodha’ is headlined by Sidharth Malhotra, while Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani play pivotal roles. Raashii will be seen portraying the role of a government official. Sidharth had earlier described Raashii as the ‘lady Yodha’ of the film, which is set to release on March 15. Apart from ‘Yodha’, Raashii Khanna will also be seen in ‘The Sabarmati Report’ and ‘TME’ alongside Vikrant Massey. She also has ‘Telusu Kada’ and ‘Aranmanai 4’ in the pipeline.
