Daily yoga is a very simple and beneficial way to get rid of physical and mental stress. I have been doing yoga regularly for the last several years. Aditi Yewle opined, ‘Artists working in the field of entertainment have to take extra care as there are many ups and downs in their lives. The stress they face compels them to keep themselves fit during shooting times. A few days ago, the whole world was shaken by the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. So it is more important to maintain mental balance which is beneficial for everyone’.
