In exclusive Interview with ‘Cinebuster’ Akshay Kumar opens up with Keerti
Kadam/Nisha Verma and shared some glimpse about his upcoming movie
“Sooryavanshi” and his experience on working with co-star Katrina Kaif after
a long gap. Akshay Kumar who started out with movie ‘Sangharsh’ in 1990, is
in 30th year of his Bollywood career. He had narrated an anecdote about he
quitting the film industry. ‘After a good start a phase came when 14 of my films
flopped one after another. I had decided to give up film industry and set up a
business in Canada. All the formalities were done and after finishing pending
work of films on hand I was to go to Canada permenantly. But my 15th film was
declared a hit and I decided to give myself another chance and rest is history’.
Though his Canadian citizenship became a bone of contention for many, Akshay
has applied for citizenship of India. Akshay Kumar will next be seen in Rohit
Shetty directorial ‘Cop universe’ where his other famous ‘cops’ ‘Singham’ and
‘Simmba’ come together with ‘Sooryavanshi’ which is slated for releasing soon.
It’s going to be a Triple Dhamaka.
